These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Vairons LES LUNETIERS website.

Article 2 – Products

Vairons LES LUNETIERS offers sunglasses, accessories, replacement lenses, and any other products featured on the website for sale.

Some collections may be produced in limited editions.

Product photographs and descriptions are presented with the greatest possible care. However, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur depending on the screen used.

Due to the limited nature of certain collections, Vairons LES LUNETIERS cannot guarantee the availability of a model, color, or edition once stock has run out.

Article 3 – Availability

Products are available while supplies last.

If an item is out of stock after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between:

  • a full refund;
  • a credit;
  • another product of equivalent value, subject to availability.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC).

VAIRONS LES LUNETIERS reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Any shipping charges are shown before the order is finalized.

Article 5 – Order

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been accepted, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

VAIRONS LES LUNETIERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer, clearly incorrect information, or suspected fraud.

Article 6 – Payment

Payments are secure and processed through specialized service providers.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa credit card
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within one to three business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping is free in mainland France.

Products are insured during shipping until they are delivered to the customer.

Vairons LES LUNETIERS also ships internationally.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or other administrative charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal for non-personalized products.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, a refund will be issued within the legally required timeframe.

Customers can also drop off their returns directly at the Vairons LES LUNETIERS store located at 36 bis rue du Faubourg Montmartre in Paris.

Article 9 – Exchanges

Vairons LES LUNETIERS allows one free exchange per order, subject to the availability of the desired product.

This exchange can be made in-store or online, according to the procedures provided by customer service.

Beyond this one-time exchange, any new requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Article 10 – Customized Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or that are significantly personalized.

This applies in particular to:

  • eyeglasses fitted with custom-made corrective lenses;
  • lenses made to order;
  • products customized at the customer’s request;
  • Any order that requires a specific customization.

Article 11 – Adjustments and After-Sales Service

Adjustments, comfort adjustments, and tightening of Vairons frames are offered in-store.

This service is offered for an unlimited period for Vairons brand frames brought in by their owners.

Article 12 – Statutory Warranties

The products are covered by the statutory warranties provided for under French law, including:

  • the statutory warranty of conformity;
  • the warranty against hidden defects.

Customers are asked to contact Vairons LES LUNETIERS as soon as they notice a defect so that their request can be reviewed.

Article 13 – Liability

VAIRONS LES LUNETIERS shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the products sold.

Vairons LES LUNETIERS shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, disruptions to transportation networks, or events beyond its control.

Article 14 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of processing orders, providing customer support, and improving the services we offer.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.

Article 15 – Mediation and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer is asked to contact Vairons LES LUNETIERS first in order to seek an amicable resolution.

If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the customer may, free of charge, seek assistance from a consumer mediation service in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Article 16 – Governing Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
